broyoupromised ("Service," "we," "us") is an AI-powered accountability tool that sends automated SMS reminders, GIF/meme messages, and voice calls to help you start and complete tasks. It is not a medical, therapeutic, or clinical service and does not provide health, psychiatric, or psychological advice. Use of the Service does not create any provider-patient or counselor-client relationship.
You must be at least 18 years old (or 13 with verified parental consent) and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service.

Message frequency varies based on your task schedule (up to 200/400 messages per month depending on plan). Standard message and data rates may apply. broyoupromised is not responsible for carrier charges.
Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe immediately. Reply START to resubscribe. Reply HELP for support information.
All voice calls placed by broyoupromised are made by an artificial intelligence system (powered by Vapi.ai and OpenAI). Calls are not made by a human. Calls may be recorded and transcribed for service delivery and quality purposes. By using the Service you consent to such recording. If recording is not permitted in your jurisdiction, do not use the voice call features.
The Service relies on the following third-party providers. Their terms and policies apply to their respective services:
Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time by replying CANCEL to any text message, through the customer portal, or by contacting support@broyoupromised.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that reminders will be delivered at any particular time, that the Service will be uninterrupted, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or appropriate for your needs.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, broyoupromised's total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold broyoupromised and its operators harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
For users in Canada, these Terms are governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada. For users in the United States, these Terms are governed by applicable US federal law and the law of the state where you reside. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration unless prohibited by applicable law.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via SMS or email. Continued use after notice of changes constitutes acceptance.
